Mr Matsotakis emphasized the adoption of a set of measures to increase wages, solve housing problems and support households, saying that instead of fueling in vain, it offers only effective and effective solutions.

Some Golden Visa Changes applied on September 1
A residence permit in Greece has changed from the first day of September against financial investment, known as the Golden Visa. These new changes included increasing the minimum amount of capital needed to obtain residence.
According to Kiriakos Metsotakis, the minimum amount needed to obtain a golden visa in some parts of the country, including Salonik, Mykonus and Santorini, as well as islands with a population of more than 3,000 euros increased to 800,000 euros to 800,000 euros.
Also, wealthy international investors in other parts of Greece should spend € 6,000 instead of € 6,000.
However, according to this new program, there is still an option to invest € 5,000 to convert commercial property into residential or rebuilding listed buildings.
"We are looking to increase the amount of investment in areas with high rental rates," the Greek prime minister said. "This can increase to € 6,000."
However, Mr Wardikos, pointing out that the details of the project and the increase in costs are still unclear, said: "In the next few days, the government should determine the details of how to convert trade real estate into € 6,000. "There are rumors that the commercial property must have been unused for at least five years."
The Golden Visa has a significant share of the Greek economy. According to statistics, Greece has reviewed 4,800 Golden Visa applications in the first seven months of this year, leading to the entry of € 1.5 billion into the Greek economy. However, so far, there are still 6,000 unattended requests.
