The United States and its allies accused Russia and North Korea of violating UN sanctions.
The United States and four other countries claimed that Russian -North Korean military cooperation was a clear violation of UN sanctions and helped increase Moscow missile strikes to Ukraine.

The Associated Press wrote on Friday, a multilateral sanctions monitoring team, consisting of the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea and Britain, reporting that North Korea and Russia have "illegal activities".
The countries claimed that North Korea has sent weapons and equipment to Russia through the sea, sky and rail lines, including artillery, ballistic missiles and martial arts to use Moscow in the Ukrainian war.
The multilateral team of sanctions monitoring added that Russia has sent air defense systems to North Korea and trained its forces to help the war against Ukraine.
Russia has also sent refined oil products to Pyongyang, which is higher than the level that UN sanctions have authorized. Russia's banking relations with North Korea in this regard are contrary to UN sanctions.
The countries claimed that North Korea -Russia's cooperation has helped "Moscow's ability to increase missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, including targeting critical civilian infrastructure."
According to the report, the cooperation of the two countries has provided the necessary resources to finance the military and North Korean ballistic missile program, and Pyongyang has been sending more than 11,000 troops to Russia since October and has gained first -hand military experience.
The report emphasized that North Korea and Russia intend to increase their military cooperation at least in the foreseeable future.
