The agency's intense resolution against Iran is on the way
This resolution will violate Iran's obligations.

Wall Street Reporter Lawrence Norman: A Western senior diplomat says: A resolution on Iran's lack of adherence to Washington is finally endorsed. The plan is that the resolution will be distributed today to the IAEA member states.
The resolution will violate Iran's obligations, but it will not immediately refer to the UN Security Council.
According to the senior Western diplomat, the resolution will give Iran an opportunity to respond to the issue of sacrifice research.
If Tehran begins to cooperate, the final report to the Security Council can point out that Iran is currently working with the Agency. Otherwise, the report will be negative. According to the diplomat, the ball will be on the pitch in Tehran how the report will be set up.
Most likely, referring the matter to the Security Council will be in the form of a second resolution that requires voting at the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Governors in the summer.
