Reuters: The US and the three European countries are preparing a draft resolution against Iran at the Agency.
Western diplomats claimed Friday seeking pressure on members of the Atomic Agency's Board of Governors to act against Iran at the upcoming seasonal meeting of the international institution.

Western powers intend to condemn Iran for the first time in the past five years to violate their obligations to non -nuclear dissemination, Reuters wrote. The move will probably raise Tehran's anger and make talks between the United States and Iran on sanctions and concerns about its nuclear program more complicated.
The United States and its European allies, including Britain, France and Germany (known as Group E3), had earlier proposed resolutions at the IAEA Governors, asking Iran to take measures such as explaining the effects of discovered uranium.
Reuters news agency reported that the International Atomic Energy Agency is preparing its seasonal reports on Iran to present to member states before the next meeting of the Board of Governors. The meeting begins on June 5. One of these reports will be a more comprehensive report that deals with various issues, including Iran's cooperation with the Agency. The report was based on a resolution last November, and diplomats expect to contain very critical content against Iran.
A European official told Reuters that the Comprehensive IAEA report on Iran is expected to be "strict".
According to three diplomats, after the report was released, the United States will prepare a draft resolution that accuses Iran of violating its sacrifice obligations. A fourth diplomat also confirmed that Western powers were drafting a resolution, but did not provide further details.
This draft will be discussed in the coming days between the member states of the Board of Governors and then officially presented by the four Western powers at the seasonal meeting.
The effort to act against Iran in the Security Council was the last time the Board of Directors of the Agency formally accused Iran of violating the sacrifice commitments was in September. Iran has always rejected the claims of the Zionist regime and Western countries about its nuclear program, insisting that it uses nuclear technology only for peaceful purposes.
On February 4, another resolution from the IAEA Governors' Council accused Iran of failing to adhere to the sacrifice obligations and referred Iran's case to the UN Security Council, which led to sanctions against Iran.
Diplomats say it is still unclear what Western powers will pursue the issue to the Security Council, and it is unclear what the Security Council will do against Iran. The immediate impact of the resolution will probably be on Tehran's negotiations with the US and Iran's further measures on its nuclear program.
The IAEA Governors' Council has recently passed all the proposed resolutions of the Western powers on Iran and is expected to be approved by a majority of votes. The only question is how much support will be.
Russia and China are the only countries that have consistently opposed such resolutions. Iran has usually reacted to resolutions and criticisms by the IAEA Governors, taking steps such as accelerating and expanding uranium enrichment or preventing the presence of senior agency inspectors.
